You have 30 days from the day your full-sized product is delivered to open it, try it, and request a refund if you don’t end up loving it.

Simply email the Prana Pro USA team at admin@pranaprousa.com with the subject line REFUND REQUEST.

This is our promise to you because we’re THAT confident in the taste and quality of our products.

Please note that this guarantee applies only to first-time purchases, of a specific product, and approved refund requests do not include shipping and handling fees.
 

*We will require that some unopened packages be sent back. Once the refund request is made via email our support team will include instructions on how to return unopened products.
